In a time where the world froze, Leticia and Gregory decided to set up a small food service to give their close friends some comfort and love.
With a zero-waste policy and inspired by years of traveling, they created their own petite cuisine Français with a Global twist. After the arrival of their own petit Pierre-Yves life seemed pretty perfect.
What happened next, was certainly unexpected.
Gregory’s expertise as a Chef and Leticia’s broad background in marketing and sustainability soon made their tasty service a little too popular, and the demand for their unique prêt a manger meals quickly rose far beyond their inner circle of loved ones.
Trained and graduated from the Cook Training and Apprenticeship program CFA de Saint-Cyr-sur-‐Loire France,Gregory is a professional chef with 20 years of extensive experience, working in prestigious hotels and restaurants like Palacio Duhau, Park Hyatt Buenos Aires, Hard Rock Cancun, Paul Bocuse in Florida, Bondi Icebergs in Sydney and most recently Sofitel Legend the Grand Amsterdam.
He has gained valuable skills in building relationships and developing high-performance teams when working for the last 15 years in the USA, Mexico, Argentina, New Zealand and Australia.
When studying Personal Training and Nutrition at the Australian College of Sports and Fitness, he discovered the invaluable benefits of a well-balanced diet and life-style.
His enriching recipes and fresh ingredients reflect his grand global experience and make him the well-rounded chef creating your meals.
Leticia graduated in international business and started working in import and export for multinationals. She has moved from there, gaining years of experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies, and creating sustainable relationships.
After her move to the Netherlands, she worked as head of branding and communication for an international eco-friendly Leather company based in Paris, and worked at PAUSE Fashion Hub, where she was in charge of the implementation of brand strategies, brand activation, marketing, and communications.
An animal lover and passionate waste-fighter, she has experienced first-hand how you can successfully run a business without leaving a damaging footprint, and she transmits this into every job she does. Staying in close contact with the farmers and direct suppliers of her favourite fresh ingredients, she contributes to keeping our planet green and healthy.
