Delivery.

When do you deliver?

On Mondays, between 10 am to 12 pm. We make our food deliveries with electric cargo bikes, emission-free.

If you are a regular customer, we would ask you to return the crystal containers we gave you the week before into the box.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we deliver in Amsterdam. We cover these Postcodes: 1011, 1012, 1013, 1014, 1015, 1016, 1017, 1018, 1051, 1052, 1053, 1054, 1055, 1056, 1057, 1058, 1059, 1070, 1071, 1072, 1073, 1074, 1075, 1076, 1077, 1078, 1079, 1091, 1092, 1093, 1094, 1095

What happens when I am not at home when my box arrives?

We will call you first to find a suitable solution together. If possible, we will give it to the neighbours after your approval.


Meals

Before which date do I have to consume the food?

Your meals will be delivered fresh and can be stored in the fridge and/or freezer. The standard expiration date is 3 days (including the day of delivery). 

How do I warm the meals?

Your meals have already been prepared by our chefs. All you have to do is heat up the meal in the oven or microwave while enjoying a glass of wine. 

In general, the following heating instructions apply:

Microwave: 3 - 4 minutes at 900.

Oven (recommended): 8 - 12 minutes at 180 degrees.

You can use warm the meals in the crystal container, just remove the lid and enjoy it. Bon Appetit!

How often does the weekly menu change?

We are currently operating on a four-week menu cycle, with each menu lasting the week and then changing at the start of the next week. At the end of the fourth week, the menu will revert back to the menu of the first week. However, do let us know if there are any favourite dishes of ours that you would like to see on the menu as we are open to suggestions!

 Subscriptions 

How do L'appetit Vert subscriptions work?

L'appetit vert subscription is the easiest and most convenient way of eating delicious and healthy without losing any week of fresh cuisine! 

Subscription pricing is already discounted. While you cannot cancel your first week, there is absolutely no commitment beyond that, and you can manage your subscription calendar, including skipping weeks, to best fit your schedule. All changes must be made by Wednesday at midnight for your meals the following week. We’ll charge your credit card on Thursday mornings for the upcoming week’s meals unless you are paused or cancelled. 

 


Packaging

What packaging do you use?

Because we have a strong compromise with our planet, all our orders are delivered using a reusable crystal container. The beautiful elegant glass is microwave safe, you can warm the meals in the oven directly and freezer as well.

We reuse the Glass containers after a strict hygienic process. Every time you order, we ask you to return the containers inside the box. We are proudly 100% zero waste.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can! Please keep in mind that this is possible until 11.00 am on the day before delivery.
